The Royal College of Art is the UK’s only entirely postgraduate university of art and design, dedicated to teaching, research and knowledge exchange with industry.

We are seeking to appoint a HR Analyst on a full-time, fixed term basis for 1 year to support the Human Resources team. Working within the HR Operations team and reporting to the Head of HR Operations/HR Operations Coordinator, the HR Analyst will lead on all aspects of data quality and be the 1st line of support for all systems queries. They will undertake duties such as system administration, troubleshooting user issues as well as preparing and developing MI reports. 

Educated to degree level or with an equivalent level of experience, the successful candidate will have significant experience and knowledge of HR systems, data and analytics. They will be service oriented, able to demonstrate technical aptitude, attention to detail and enthusiasm for delivering high quality analytical work as well as a pro-active ability to work independently to a high standard. An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate and engage effectively across all levels and the ability to handle sensitive & confidential issues including data privacy.
