HR Coordinator required for leading Communications company operating a 34hr week, flex working great benefits

Your new role

* As the HR Coordinator you will responsible for preparing reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
* Assist with HR activities on a day-to-day basis in compliance with statutory requirements
* Understand the needs of an SME and support the HR Team to achieve their overall strategic goals
* Build excellent relations with internal staff and external stakeholders


What you'll need to succeed

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a confident and engaging approach
* A clear focus on effective planning and the ability to multitask is critical in order to manage the complexity of the needs of the business and individuals
* Displays keen problem solving and confident decision-making skills
* Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including excel, PowerPoint and database management
