Public sector organisation are seeking to recruit a HR Advisor, initially on a 6 month FTC basis.

Your new job

In your new job as HR Advisor you will help in delivering a comprehensive and professional human resources service ensuring the delivery of key elements of human resource management, including administration, HR system, recruitment and retention, learning and development, pay and employee relations. You will support the Head of HR in the delivery of an efficient and effective HR support and advisory service to departments within the organisation by providing first line contact on all people related issues consistent with internal processes and legal requirements. The successful candidate will be experienced managing ER casework and have an in depth understanding of employment legislation and law.

- Managed ER Casework
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Be collaborative and innovative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
