HR Officer - 12 Month Contract - Start ASAP - Hybrid Working
Your new company
You'll be working for an integral part if the south wales public service network. This organisation is headquartered in Cwmbran but have a number of office locations around the Newport, Gwent area.
Your new role
As HR Officer your role will be to support the Business Partners across the organisation with casework, policies and procedures and the whole employee lifecycle. You'll be guiding and advising managers through processes such as absence and sickness cases, recruitment and inductions, performance reviews and more.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have recent HR Support experience in a generalist role ideally with a CIPD qualification. This is a busy role, you'll need to be organised and proactive to manage your workload. You'll also need to be a confident communicator and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll get in return
This is a full time hybrid working role. Based in headquarters you'll be able to split your time between home working and office working. This is a temporary position but is estimated to be for at least 1 year. Full time equivalent salary is £26,865. As a temporary worker you'll still be entitled to holiday pay on an accrual basis
