Part Time Hybrid HRBP

Your new company
We are currently partnering with this global commercial organisation based in South Birmingham to recruit a Part Time HRBP / HR Generalist to support a site of about 120 employees on a 12 month fixed term contract.


Your new role
You will be providing a full generalist HR service to managers, team leaders and employees. As the go to person in HR you will support across the full employee life-cycle, including on-boarding, ER case management and succession planning. Employee engagement is also a key element to this post, you will be leading on company wide initiatives and you will have the scope to develop engaging initiatives and strategies.


What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist who has the skills and knowledge to advise and guide staff managers on all aspects of HR. Whilst you will be part of a wider HR team, you should also be comfortable working in a stand alone capacity.


What you'll get in return
This organisation offer great flexibility, ideally looking for someone to do 24-30 hours, they are happy to consider days or hours to suit the right candidate for this 12 month FTC. There is also the option of homeworking for part of the week, but candidates should be able to commute to their South Birmingham offices.
