One of the UK’s leading independent estate agency groups are looking to appoint an HR Business Partner.
As HR Business Partner, you’ll be fully immersed in one of the key business areas, partnering with Directors, Heads of and line managers as their first point of contact for all HR matters. You will champion inclusive people practices and provide senior-level HR generalist support, ensuring the business receives first class people experience alongside strategic, timely, advice. You’ll work closely with the Head of HR/Performance, the HR Director and the EMT, with a focus on building strong relationships in order to influence and roll out key people initiatives. You will help drive operational excellence through all areas of the business from Financial Services to Estate Agency and Lettings. The ideal candidate will have a passion and commitment to building a fairer, more inclusive and representative business where their people are enabled to bring themselves to work. You will have worked as an HR Manager/Business Partner previously ideally within a retail, recruitment or estate agency business. You will be comfortable with face to face interaction, embracing challenges and finding ways to face into and positively resolve conflict. Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified.
This is a full time hybrid role office based three days per week, one from home and an openness to visiting UK wide offices one day a week potentially.
