Your new role
You will be joining an educational organisation in London as an HR Systems Specialist (hybrid working). This is a newly created role to specifically support the organisation with their system improvement ambitions, including an iTrent implementation. Working closely with HR colleagues and key stakeholders, you will help to embed the system across the organisation via self-service, along with providing system training and taking the lead on the ongoing review and development of the system capabilities. Alongside this, you will be comfortable providing meaningful data and reports, whilst acting as the system super-user and contributing to other HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate experience using HR systems and providing HR metrics, with the ability to adapt quickly to change and work collaboratively across different departments, all with a positive, can-do approach!
