HR Advisor for a specialist not for profit organisation who provide support to vulnerable people in South

We were seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join and proactive HR Team who are supporting managers within a specialist not for profit organisation in Southampton, Hampshire.

As an HR Advisor you will work as part of a team providing HR services to regional management teams and back office functions.

* HR Advice, guidance and support to managers and employees across the whole employee life cycle.
* Employee Relations case load to include Disciplinary, Grievances and Performance Management processes
* Change Management including Redeployment and TUPE processes.
* Supporting Manager in implementing key workstreams within regions
* Contribute to projects including - Policy Review/update, engagement strategy, Staff communications, pay & Benefits

Candidates
Were seeking HR Advisors with generalist backgrounds and experience of conducting employee relations case work.

* Ideally CIPD Level 5 or working towards this if have experience
* Able to advise on Employment Law, HR decisions Creative, innovative, adaptable in their working approach
* Experience of ER Case working including sickness, grievance, disciplinary, performance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional in organisational and communication skills
* Able to demonstrate solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
* Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.
* Able to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
* Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy and as part of a team

Benefits include: 28 days annual leave rising to 30/31 in April, in-house paid induction training followed by 12 weeks blended e-learning, coaching and mentoring.

Free Parking on outskirts of Southampton
Hybrid Working - 2/3 days per week flexible
Occasional travel to sites but in frequent
Dog Friendly Office - CEO some times brings in dog.. so if you have a dog.. possible to bring to work if suited / open to discuss
