This is a really exciting moment to join the HR team at Bradfield. Following the adoption of a new HR Strategy in 2020, we are moving ahead with embedding a business partnering model to ensure that we fully support the College’s priorities and ambitions. This year we have commenced implementation of a new HR Information System and the Business Partner will play a key role in supporting managers and staff across the College as we progress to a fully integrated system.
As a key partner to the College, you can expect to work closely with a number of internal client groups to understand issues and develop solutions across the full remit of HR activities including employee relations, recruitment and selection, change management and others.
You will be CIPD qualified with a sound understanding of HR best practice and experience of partnering with leaders and managers to achieve organisational objectives through HR activities. Experience of successfully influencing leaders is essential, as is experience of managing or playing a key part in change management projects. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organisation. The ability to think flexibly to provide pragmatic solutions to problems is essential, as are excellent project management and time management skills.
If you have the skills, knowledge and experience, please apply -we would love to hear from you.
