We are looking for an OD Business Partner to join a small organisation and support the Head of HR with the new People Strategy by leading on all OD and L&D initiatives.

This is a brand new role in a brand new function so its a really exciting opportunity! 

You will partner with the business and lead on the development and delivery of a corporate learning and development offer which will support the creation of a fantastic high performing culture.

Your key focus areas are:

  • Values and Behaviours
  • Learning and Development

Are you a Senior OD Advisor looking for your first OD Business Partner role? Then this really could be the perfect next step! 

You will need experience in all aspects of an OD role, including talent management, leadership and talent development, performance management and resourcing. 

This is a permanent, full time role that can offer a mix of home and office working
