My Client based in Liverpool city centre is seeking a professional Team Leader to join their busy yet friendly shared Service team
My client is an accountancy and business advisory firm, providing the advice and solutions businesses need to navigate today's changing world.
The Shared Service Centre team provides essential support to a number of teams across the organisation. As well as assisting on large-scale operations.
Your new role
The Team Leader role is being offered as full time Monday - Friday with a Hybrid working model in place.
I am looking to recruit a HR Team Leader to support the Shared Service centre. This team is one of several Hubs within the organisations rapidly growing centre. The team members work internally within the business providing support to the client facing members. This role will provide support for the overall HR service delivery, ensuring the needs of internal customers and SLAs are met and to develop as a subject matter expert for HR and represent industry best practice
Some of your duties will include but not limited too.
Liaising with external vendors to ensure all appropriate information, tasks and activities are completed on time
Escalation point for guidance and advice
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with the HR team to increase efficiencies and streamline processes
Work with the HR team to keep the HR processes and protocols up to date
Working with the Management to deliver on projects, as well as being adaptable and available to support wider HR strategy projects
Manage a team of HR Senior Administrators
What you'll need to succeed
* HR Administration is essential
* Experience of working within a fast-paced HR Administration role
* Organised with good attention to detail
* A good understanding for GDPR practices
* Strong communication skills
* Computer literate with MS Office and HR systems
* Experience of Project Management
* Strong stakeholder engagement and experience of collaborative working in a Centre of Excellence Model preferable
