Due to company growth an experienced HR Manager is required for a global recruitment business...

Your new company

You will be working for a Global Recruitment company who have gone through a period of growth and are now looking for a hands on HR Manager.

Your new role

* Working closely with the senior leadership team you will take ownership of the function and deliver a first class HR service.

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Oversee employee relations, managing demands, grievances, and working with line managers to resolve issues as they arise
* Design and rollout of HR policies and procedures
* Work closely with TA and L&D to assist in onboarding of new employees
* Conduct leavers process and exit interviews
* When required help to conduct job interviews to ensure culture and values of applicants fit for the role
* Oversee global VISA applications
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisals
* Maintain global pay plan and benefits program
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

What you'll need to succeed

* In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices (particularly in the US)
* Degree in Human Resources, CIPD Level 5 or above or related field
* Comfortable taking initiative and working autonomously as well as part of a team
* People oriented and results driven
* Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Friendly and approachable with the ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

What you'll get in return

* Basic salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
