HR Assistant/Advisor - Enfield - £25-32,000 plus benefits
Our client, well known in its field is looking for either an HR Assistant or HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager as an HR Assistant you will be responsible for the full HR life cycle, maintain the HR system and will support in areas including ER, performance and employee engagement and will give you great exposure to all aspects of HR.
- Onboarding - job offers, new starters
- Maintain the HR database
- Organise and deliver 121 personal inductions
- Create New Starter Manuals
- Not taking at disciplinary meetings
- Ad-hoc Projects
Re the Advisor role you would need to be required to support 370 employees, providing advice to managers on performance and HR related matters, attend disciplinary meetings.
The role is fast paced and varied and for the right candidate will provide lots of opportunity to take in new projects and get involved in policy and procedure.
