A construction company located in Bridgwater, with national and global success and 125 years in the business.
Your new role
In this role, you will be leading a team covering HR on site, dealing with employee relations, coaching, on boarding and vetting of new staff. 42.5 hours a week on site Monday to Friday with potential for 4 days on site 1 day at home.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working with Unions
* Experience dealing with employee relations issues such as sickness and grievances.
* Experience coaching systems.
* Experience with on boarding and vetting experience.
What you'll get in return
* £40,000-£45,000 salary.

* 26 days off annual leave, 8 days Bank Holiday, 2 wellbeing days and 1 charity volunteering day.
