Interim HR Business Partner - REMOTE WORKING and South Yorkshire/Derbyshire border based - FTC - circa £34000

FTC to start 1st or 2nd week of January 2022 - Interviews via MS Teams week commencing the 20th of December

Are you looking for an Interim role?

This interim role is working in a changing and evolving environment where you need to be resilient, calm and practical.

You will partner with the HR Business Partners, Heads of and Line Managers to assist them with their large-scale restructure programme.

This will involve remote redundancy meetings and consultation (Line Manager chair/led and with your support) In addition, you will work on the redundancy "pool" of effected staff - to loom at alternative and new roles within the business - assisting Line Managers with the decision making from conducting internal interviews, skills comparisons and assessments.

You will also assist with Generalist and Complex ER matters to assist the wider HR team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have solid background as a Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner / Manager within restructure/redundancy situations.
Ideally CIPD level 5 as a minimum.
Remote/Home working - but be willing and able to attend occasional meetings in the office in Chesterfield.

What you'll get in return
This role is open to an FTC or working via Hays HR on a timesheet/weekly paid basis - TBC.
Flexible working options available - it is 35 hours a week with flexibility when these are worked.
If FTC - more than average holiday entitlement - 27 a year plus the BHs

Mainly work from home/remote with occasional travel to the office on the South Yorkshire/Derbyshire border
