Your new role
Reporting to the Director of People, this is a hands-on position with key responsibilities such as:

* Management of a 5-person HR team
* Identifying and implementing workforce initiatives that support the organisation's broader goals and ambitions
* Provide advice, guidance, and support to the SMT on the implementation of all ER policies
* Lead on the digitising of the HR function within the organisation

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you will be a senior HR professional who enjoys getting stuck into projects and supporting their team. You will need exceptional team management experience, impeccable employment law/employee relations knowledge, and proven experience in workforce planning.
