HR Officer

As HR Officer you will be working as part of a team of 4, reporting to the Head of HR and providing generalist HR services across the group.

This is a busy and diverse role that will require you to manage many varying activities including recruitment, providing support on HR matters, payroll, HR information service, training and development, and coaching staff through our policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who is accurate and methodical with high attention to detail, who has excellent organisation and communication skills, accompanied by a friendly manner and a good sense of humour. Excellent presentation skills are a must as is knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

The ideal candidate will have Grad CIPD membership, be willing to work towards or is already working towards a level 5 qualification and have experience of working as an HR Generalist. Experience in payroll is not essential as full training will be given.
