Training manager

Four is an independent integrated marketing agency with more than 300 staff based in the UK and the UAE. We have a diverse and talented workforce with a hunger for training and career development and we are looking for a new training manager to help us elevate our programmes and help with retention and recruitment in the tough current market. Four runs a variety of training from technical training for digital staff to presentation training for client facing team members. All staff also undertake Discovery Insight and unconscious bias training for instance. In 2022 we want to make sure every member of staff has a tailor-made programme to meet their needs including use of unlimited access to learning paths on LinkedIn Learning. We have a fully flexible working policy but when you are working from the office, you will be based at our brand new offices in Whitechapel and you will be part of a 5-person HR team reporting to the head of HR.
