Our client, a leading Education provider in London now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and qualified Human Resources Manager to join their organisation on a full time, permanent basis.

As Human Resources Manager you will work with your assigned client groups within the organisation to support their strategic business aims.  You will lead on the delivery of strategic and operational people projects for your designated client groups whilst ensuring that employees are able to engage and contribute to the development of the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is confident in their ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and can add value by helping to shape the ER strategy for the organisation.

To be considered you will require:

  • CIPD qualification to level 7 (or equivalent by experience)
  • Demonstrable experience of working in partnership to deliver and implement innovative people solutions that meet business needs, gained within a medium to large organisation 
  • A strong track record of developing credibility with and working in partnership with managers on employee relations issues
  • Experience of leading and delivering complex people projects and initiatives within specific deadlines
  • Experience of successfully developing and implementing a range of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience of delivering transformational change programmes, including restructuring
