HR Systems Director

Your new role

Leading a HR systems team to provide comprehensive HR data and systems strategic support and development and manage process and system improvements for HR across the business.

Driving consistent and successful utilisation of HR technology for the benefit of the business. Providing key stakeholders with HR data and analytics to support compliance, ED&I, colleague engagement and effective decision making.

What you'll need to succeed

As the business uses HR information system Success Factors, you must have advanced experience using and developing this. You will be the strategic lead for optimising the system to provide seamless usage, implementing further modules and the associated training and communication.

You'll have managed HRIS professionals at management level and be experienced acting as part of a HR leadership team, supporting on HR projects with a passion for people and colleague engagement.
