Temporary HR & Payroll Administrator

Your new company
You will be joining a prestigious education provider in Oxfordshire who require a temporary HR & Payroll administrator to support them for the next few months during a particularly busy time. You will need to live locally to Oxford and be able to work from the office in central Oxford.

Your new role
You will support the HR Manager and the HR Officer as they navigate through a busy period, this will involve day to day operational HR support and also collecting and preparing vital payroll data which much be done with extreme accuracy. You will also take the lead on a HR Audit in preparation for a new system which is going to be implemented for all employee data to be held on.

What you'll need to succeed
A proven track record of working with sensitive data and being able to work accurately when when under pressure is vital to be selected for this role. You ideally will have CIPD level 3 or will have at least 12 months experience of working within a HR/Payroll/Recruitment Administrative role. This is a temporary role looking for an immediate start, so we are looking for candidate's who are available immediately or who are coming to the end of their current temp/contract roles.
