This is an exciting opportunity to join our People and Development team- reporting as a singleton to the Head of Strategy and Organisational Development you will be very influential in applying your pay and reward expertise.  We will ask you to review how our grading structure and reward aligns with labour market forces, to take decisions on individual pay and grading issues and you will work alongside Cabinet Office colleagues to research and prepare our annual pay remit.
