The Lionheart Educational Trust have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to join the Executive Operational Team. The role will incorporate both strategic and operational elements, ensuring that all HR systems are fit for purpose and efficient.
We’re seeking someone with experience of HR and people services in a medium to large sized organisation, who has a proven track record of managing people, as well as a robust working knowledge of current HR legislation and best practice. In addition, you’ll have strong people skills, a dynamic ‘can-do’ attitude and be keen to make a positive difference to young peoples’ lives.
In the future, with a suitable candidate, we hope to develop this role further by looking at key aspects of a Trust People Strategy.
