Base Negotiable (occasional travel to FSC Head Office, which is based near Shrewsbury will be required)

Salary £23,045 to £26,300 per annum plus benefits 

37.5 hours per week – Monday - Friday

 

With effect from 1st April 2022 the salary will increase to £23,737pa to £27,089pa

 

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Systems Administrator with a working knowledge of SQL. Working as part of the HR team, you will have a ‘hands on’ role leading and assisting in the design and implementation of new and continuous improvements and configuration needs for their HR Information System (HRIS) - ResourceLink - and helping to improve the functionality and simplicity of the applications and workflow/short-cuts for the HR & Payroll Team. The role also encompasses the ongoing implementation of additional functionality and administration of their recruitment platform.. For this you will need experience of process mapping.

 

You will be responsible, with the Digital Information Systems and Security Manager, for maintaining system security and identifying improvements to be made to the HRIS, developing work instructions and procedures, and creating user and troubleshooting guides.  You will be required to carry out the Digital change management process and own the full change life cycle through to training and on-going development needs.

 

In addition, you will be responsible for the HRIS data analytics, including managing and quality assuring the integrity of HR data on a day to day basis, creating and generating accurate, user friendly HR reports, and providing training for report generation for other HR system users.
