The Head of HR & Organisational Development is a key role within our Senior Management Team. The key strategies you create will be fundamental to how PCH responds to the changing world of work. You will be joining a highly performing team who work in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver a gold star service.
We are seeking a CIPD professional, who will have an extensive and proven track record of achieving business focussed results in a large organisation. Experience of working in a social housing or related sector would be an advantage but not essential.
