Part time HR Advisor

Your new company
Our public services client based in North Leicestershire are currently seeking a part time People Advisor for maternity cover in their large HR team. The role is a maternity cover position for up to 12 months with the potential to extend.

Your new role
Supporting the People Manager your role as a People Advisor will be to support the care & support teams with a main focus on employee relations case management and support, advising managers on policy and procedure, management of disciplinary investigations and grievances, health reviews and performance management.

This is a part time job share position ideally working 3 days Monday to Wednesday with flexible start and finish times. The client also offer flexible hybrid working (1 day a week in the office) with the very occasional need to travel to their other sites in Midlands (less than once a month).

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role the organisation are looking for experienced HR advisors with particular experience and preference for supporting on employee relations. You will be motivated and confident to work using your own initiative and experience working remotely whilst still having constant support from the wider HR team. Prior experience within the Public Sector is desired but not essential.
