Head of Human Resources

We are looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the delivery of the HR function for the Horniman.  You'll support the delivery of the corporate plan, in a challenging and changing business environment. As head of a small but important team you will act as a strategic business partner to departments across the Museum and Gardens, providing HR support and solutions which optimise the performance of the workforce. Good knowledge of employment law and sound experience gained a similar role including successful delivery of change projects are key requirements for this role.
