Your new role
Professional and supportive HR team facilitate this work, and despite the challenges of the pandemic, recently shaped a well-received foundation digital learning programme. They are now ready to build on that with the creation of a high-profile Learning Programme and it is here that you could take on a deeply interesting role in which you will make a tangible difference to the skills of the team.

This forward-thinking project is primarily focused on developing an engaging blended learning programme for to support the development and delivery of the 2022-25 strategy, on which it is currently consulting. Under the guidance of the L&D Business Partner, you will plan, manage and monitor the project to develop this learning programme, including e-Learning, face-to-face, experiential learning, and coaching. Seeing to it that project phases and milestones are being met on time and within budget, you will identify and mitigate issues that could potentially derail your project, and you will provide the key stakeholders with regular updates. Using your understanding of outcome-based learning to help us define and develop achievable yet ambitious high quality learning opportunities and shape how best to evaluate these. This exciting project is being sponsored by the CEO and Directors, so you will find a great deal of support for your work.

What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrable experience of giving strategic advice with at least 2 years' experience of business partnering senior managers.
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate and use complex and sensitive information to support business discussions and strategic direction.
Commitment to CPD
Proven ability to deliver projects which are based on systemic approaches
Demonstrable experience of working in an agile way, flexing to manage a range of priorities, some of which may be conflicting, and able to operate within a landscape of ambiguity.
Ability to provide communication with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm.
Ability to respect the needs, responses and opinions of others, and anticipate concerns.
Proven ability to build quality relationships with your customers, establishing rapport and credibility and acting as a trusted critical friend.
Demonstrate a coaching led approach and the ability to work collaboratively
Proven ability to influence, challenge and partner at a senior leadership level
Ability to demonstrate a commitment to valuing and respecting the diversity of others.
CIPD level 6 qualification essential
Public or third sector experience desirable
Experience of working with TU desirable
