We are working with a global, scientific organisation based in South Oxfordshire who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. With offices in both Oxfordshire and Berkshire, this role requires some travel but also flexible and hybrid working opportunities.
Your new role
As HR Business Partner, you will have responsibility for a stakeholder group of 130 employees across the two sites. You will work closely with senior leaders in the business to delver the people strategy, promoting high levels of engagement, You will also have operational duties and will provide advise and assistance to all levels of employees, liaising with the shared service centre when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will be an experienced business partner with a strong generalist and operational background. Experience of working in a large, scientific organisation would be an advantage but not essential.
