This great public sector company based in Walsall need someone who is fully level 7 CIPD qualified and someone who is flexible on travel to the head office (Walsall based) and to some of their sites in Birmingham as well as them offering 1-2 days working remotely.
Your new role
To help deliver a proactive, effective and efficient HR service across a hub, ensuring that strategies are in place to balance the needs of individual sites whilst supporting the delivery of the organisations strategic HR objectives. To proactively partner and collaborate with key stakeholders in each of our sites across an allocated hub and with Officers to deliver solution focussed HR support. This hands-on, varied role will work as a trusted partner to stakeholders, driving capability to ensure people plans are delivered effectively and efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful within this role you need to be CIPD level 7 qualified, you will need 2 years + experience in a HRBP/HR Manager role already and you will need to be able to travel to sites when needed and get to their head office in Walsall.
