Interim HR Ops Manager

Interim HR Ops Manager role until end of September, starting ASAP and paying £230-250 per day.

Your new company
You will work as an interim HR Ops Manager, for a Government Regulator, until end of September. You will have hybrid working, with 50% of your time spent in the Canary Wharf office. The role is full time, 37 hours per week, and will pay £230 PAYE or £250 via Umbrella, per day. Please only apply if you are immediately available or on 1 weeks notice.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR Ops and working within an HR Ops team of 12, this role is an extra resource to support in leading a number of projects. Responsibilities include drafting policy revisions and guidance, consulting with staff representatives as required, review and update intranet information and guidance relating to HR Operations processes including Employee Lifecycle, Payroll and Pensions and conduct analysis of enquiries received through HR Queries inbox to identify trends.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a Unionised/Public sector environment, a good understanding of and experience of delivering HR lifecycle processes, experience of drafting policies, experience of creating, developing and improving HR processes, experience of delivering projects to deadlines and good stakeholder relationships and management skills.
