We are working with this growing commercial business to recruit a Recruitment / Resource Co-Ordinator to join a newly formed internal recruitment team.

Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for hiring managers and provide advice and guidance through out he recruitment process. Liaising with line managers, you will gain an understanding of the role brief and requirements, write and post job adverts and then manage the pre-screening process for suitable candidates. Working closely with hiring managers, you will then support them through the shortlisting process, arranging interviews and online assessments, ensuring that the candidate experience is first class.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced recruiter or resourcer who is able to manage multiple vacancies and communicate well with stakeholders. As this is an immediate need, candidates should be immediately available or free on short notice.
