We are looking for someone who;

• is CIPD L7 qualified and importantly has the experience of working in a similar unionised setting, with nationally determined T&Cs
• is highly competent as a HR Generalist and comfortable with leading HR innovation through technology
• is genuinely able to work to our Trust Values
