Reporting into, and supporting the HR Director, the role will focus on a number of key strategic projects including Reward, OD and Performance Management requiring a creative, proactive approach based on a knowledge of progressive HR practice.
You should be able to demonstrate resilience and gravitas and have the ability to challenge senior stakeholders in a positive, commercial manner.
