HR Systems Business Partner

Location: Hackney Campus but travel to other sites

Salary: Circa £40K more for the exceptional candidate

Part time, Term Time only contracts will be considered.

We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Business Partner who will lead on the design, delivery and implementation of HR systems ensuring that relevant management information, insights and trends are identified and available to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

You will take the lead to produce reports on key performance indicators on workforce data providing an overview at whole college and departmental levels, enabling managers to make informed decisions for their area. You will look to identify improvements in the HR systems and develop procedures and user guides. You will also oversee and respond to employee relations issues; taking responsibility for individual casework.

You should be fully CIPD qualified and possess up to date knowledge and understanding of HR best practice with a good understanding of employment law. Excellent database, reporting skills and strong Excel skills are essential, experience of using iTrent, business objects and of developing reports and dashboards is also a key requirement. Working in Further Education or in an educational environment would be desirable.

You must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication, numerical and inter-personal skills. It is also essential that you are well organised and able to prioritise and schedule your work to meet key deadlines.
