Job Details
We are actively recruiting for an urgent requirement for one of our high profile social care charities. As interim Recruitment Manager you will report into the Head of HR and work closely with the HR Co-ordinator on busy, high volume recruitment for the charity, due to growth within the organisation.
All home IT equipment is provided and they work in a hybrid structure now, with a minimum of 1 day a week in the office.
Key responsibilities :
- Recruit the right candidates that fits the Charity’s culture
- Updating current/re-designing new recruitment procedures (e.g. progress use of ATS HR select system)
- Work by coaching the HR Co-ordinators in the administration of the recruitment process
- Liaising with managers across the Charity
- Attend the weekly recruitment update meeting with the Operational clinical team
- By-weekly update report and data in Excel on the performance of the recruitment process to the Head of HR
