The new solution has not yet been chosen, however in preparation for and to ensure successful and timely implementation of the new solution, they are recruiting to a core set of project roles to ensure implementation and adoption work can start from early 2022. The HR Business and Process Analyst (B&PA) role will work with a dedicated SAP Replacement Project team to implement the new solution.

This is a fixed-term project role that will provide business analysis support to the SAP Replacement project, supporting the different parts of the project lifecycle including design, development/configuration, testing, deployment, change management.
