A globally renowned University in London are now seeking an HR Business and Process Analyst with SAP experience and Higher Education experience. This is a full time role for a 2 year fixed term duration. 

Our client is offering
Salary in the range of £46,000 - £54,000 pa.
30 days Holiday + 8 Bank Holiday + 4 days over Xmas

My client is currently looking to upgrade its current SAP System. The new solution has not yet been chosen, however in preparation for and to ensure successful and timely implementation of the new solution, they are recruiting to a core set of project roles to ensure implementation and adoption work can start from early 2022. The HR Business and Process Analyst (B&PA) role will work with a dedicated SAP Replacement Project team to implement the new solution.

This is a fixed-term project role that will provide business analysis support to the SAP Replacement project, supporting the different parts of the project lifecycle including design, development/configuration, testing, deployment, change management. The HR Business & Process Analyst will be a key role in supporting the whole project team, including the Project Manager, Project Delivery Leads, and Change Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to support the HR implementation aspect of the project.

Our client is looking for a candidate with a good understanding of Human Resource functions, systems and processes in a higher education context and a good understanding of an ERP, ideally strong SAP experience. Your experience of supporting the implementation of new HR operational systems and processes should include reviewing operational processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, drafting business documentation, e.g., policy, processes, guidance and process mapping, making recommendations on business improvement work and drafting communications tailored to specific customers.
