Job Details

We are looking for a People Projects Manager to join a unique arts organisation for a period of 6 months. This role will be supporting the HR Managers in the team to help deliver a change agenda for the organisation, whilst ensuring that HR best practice is in operation. 

You will be instrumental in managing key developmental projects, such as developing apprenticeships, inductions and management development, working on people benefits, keeping abreast of changes in HR best practice, researching and drafting new policies and guidelines and improving HR management reporting. 

This would suit a strong HR generalist, Business Partner or HR Manager. Please get in touch for more details.
