People Services is at the heart of driving this agenda and ambition forward. We’ve recently introduced a new operating model, which creates a new OD and Partnering function and are in the process of building and shaping the new team and function. We’re seeking to recruit an experienced Inclusion, Wellbeing & Engagement specialist to develop and lead the strategy (attached below) on behalf of the Force, reporting to the Head of Organisation Development. You will be an experienced leader, subject matter expert and bring a wealth of experience of developing and delivering strategy and the associated programmes of work, ideally with a large complex organisation.
