Henlee Resourcing has an exciting opportunity for a Tech Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team of a fast paced, multi-site business, based in Leeds - with flexible working.

Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and key stakeholders within the business, you will engage with hiring managers to gain a full brief of recruitment requirements and, advise on the most effective recruitment strategy for each campaign.

You will utilise your knowledge to manage the full end to end recruitment process, creating and posting adverts, directly sourcing candidates, managing external relationships, conducting interviews through to offer stage and issuing all feedback, ensuring the very best candidate and client journey at all times.

This is an exciting time to join the company. They have lots of projects to get involved with, as well as a variety of different vacancies, providing a wealth of exposure for someone who really wants to grow their recruitment career.

Suitable applicants will have a successful track record of delivery, either in-house, RPO or agency, with a wealth of experience managing vacancies at all levels of seniority.

You must be a confident, credible and an engaging communicator, able challenge, and influence where appropriate. You will have an eye for detail and for identifying top talent; coupled with meticulous planning and prioritisation skills, to successfully manage a busy workload with tight deadlines.
