A well-known London based NHS organisation is looking for an interim HR Advisor to join them on a 4 - 6 month basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive, professional and business-focussed advisory HR service and to provide support and advice to line managers and employees across a range of HR services.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Provide accurate, timely and sound advice to managers on HR policies, employment law, terms and conditions ensuring consistent interpretation and application to effectively achieve the delivery of the HR Business Plan.
  • Advice and support managers with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to enable them to manage their services in the most effective and efficient way.
  • To provide support in the implementation of the change agenda arising from national, regional and local Trust initiatives.
  • Take responsibility and accountability for delivering a high quality professional HR service to both managers and staff in your area.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate sensitive or contentious information in a confidential organised and appropriate.
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders on a wide range of workforce issues.
  • Knowledge of Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions of employment.
  • NHS experience desirable.
