Assistant HR Business Partner

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive in-house People Services team.  You will work with HR Business Partners to help build organisational and people capabilities and support strategic HR initiatives and people plans.

You will provide an efficient and professional people services, ensuring that matters are resolved quickly and efficiently, whilst working collaboratively with our Managers and employees.  As an Assistant HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting people, the management and processes across our organisation.

This is a varied role and you will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee benefits, absence management and ER cases.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to solve problems and meet tight deadlines.

What You Will Need:

You must be an expert in the use of Microsoft Office packages, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders with a customer focus.
