The foundations are in place and your role will be to unlock our full potential as One Leonard Cheshire. 

This is a time of significant transformation. Alongside our new CEO, we have a newly-appointed Chair, new members of the Board and a newly-formed Executive team. We are working together to develop a new organisational strategy to deliver even greater impact.

We are looking for a permanent Executive Director, People, to become a trusted member of our Executive team. You will report to and act as a trusted advisor to our inspirational CEO, Ruth Owen OBE, to shape and influence the ambitious future direction of our organisation.

You will build on a strong foundation in the People Directorate, leading from the front and driving change and transformation across the organisation. A corporate player with responsibility for a Directorate of c. 65, you will provide exceptional leadership to a respected team of HR professionals.  Board oversight on People matters is through the People Committee and you will work with the Chair to further develop this strong and supportive relationship and will attend and contribute to all Leonard Cheshire Board meetings.
