Job Details
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of a new HR platform across a global organisation. You will be responsible for end to end delivery from requirement gathering through to user testing and subsequent go-live.
Working closely with the HRIS Lead and the wider HR Community you will be responsible for
* Translating business requirements into clear and concise technical requirements
* Defining requirements for systems integrations through integration tools and processes
* Providing detailed solution training and delivery for testing and orientation
* Overseeing systems testing including the resolution of queries and reporting
* Identifying opportunities to improve process and efficiencies
* Being the technical point of contact for all HRIS matters
To be considered for this role you must have proven experience of implementing HRIS systems, ideally as the project lead with the ability to extract critical information and define complete requirements. You will be an accomplished presenter and able to convey complex data using clear and concise language. And you will be available to start a new role within 2 weeks.
Salary - c.£55,000 + benefits. 6 months FTC with an immediate start.
This is a remote role so you can be based anywhere in the UK.
