Your new role
You'll partner with the UK leadership team to evaluate and prioritise hiring requirements, challenge, lead the search and recommend shortlists of candidates. Providing marketing insights to the hiring managers, and prepared to challenge processes / areas of attraction that could be improved. You'll also have the opportunity to partake in project work surrounding the recruitment function

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience recruiting within an agency and ideally an inhouse background.
* A strong stakeholder management ability, as you'll be tasked to influence and challenge the hiring managers through the recruiting cycle.
* You'll also be datacentric, able to utilise the statistics and figures to aid in your approach.
* You'll also be experienced in sourcing and attracting candidates in a tough market.

What you'll get in return
