Head of People Services

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing national organisation as Head of People Services. You will be responsible for managing and inspiring a large team responsible for all elements of transactional HR, onboarding and reward as well as all data and MI.

First and foremost the role will see you managing and developing a team to ensure they are focused on delivering a high quality and efficient service to the business in all areas of the employee lifecycle. In addition you can expect the following challenges

* Building first class stakeholder relationships at all levels within the organisation
* Continually improving people processes to ensure maximum efficiency and engagement
* Working as part of a project team to ensure successful implementation of the HRIS system (iTrent)
* Ensuring the production of accurate data and MI to allow for analysis and decision making

To be a success in this role you will need

* Proven experience of leading a people services / HR shared service / transactional HR team
* To be a strong people manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A track record of driving changes to HR Administration processes

Whilst there is some scope to work from home one of the key challenges is people management and as such you can expect to spend most your time at 2 sites (Luton and Southampton).

Salary - c£80000 + car allowance & benefits.
