International commerce business with heavy presence in Africa.

Your new role
As an Interim Compensation and Benefits Manager, you'll be supporting employees in multiple countries across the entire compensation and benefits remit including tax responsibilities. You'll be responsible for running multiple reports and presenting results.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate prior experience of working as a Reward Manager where you will have international experience with payroll and incentive plans. You will have experience in a fast-paced multi-national commercial business, where you will have supported employees across multiple countries. You will be an advanced user of Excel and will have strong presentation skills. French/Portuguese speaking would be an advantage but not essential. It is essential you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 6-month duration.
