About the Role:

This is an exciting time to join our HR Service.  This new post is key to driving forward our agenda to ensure excellent practice across all areas of people management.  There will be opportunities to play a central role in projects to continue the streamlining and modernisation of our HR policies and practices.

With a higher degree or relevant post graduate professional qualification and a Chartered Member of CIPD, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner with proven ability in building strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.  With an awareness of the external context and experience implementing innovative solutions to difficult situations, you will be dedicated to engaging, coaching and developing team members to raise the profile of the team. With proven experience of policy development and delivering cultural change, you will have a track record of achievement in a large complex organisation.
