Joining us as HR Adviser, you'll organise the effective delivery of HR services at all stages of the colleague journey. You'll provide information, guidance and support to colleagues and people managers on the whole range of people related matters.

Working proactively with people managers to help them support and manage their team effectively, you'll manage informal and formal ER matters and develop process improvement and related training. You'll coordinate and manage recruitment activities, liaising with external recruitment partners and people managers, delivering a great people experience for all candidates. You will also develop and maintain the HR system, online training system and efficient administration systems that enable the delivery of regulatory requirements. You'll design, implement, and manage HR process controls for HR policies and practices, produce monthly HMI report for the Head of HR, areas to develop for the benefit of the organisation.

We're looking for someone with good experience of working in HR - someone with wide experience of managing ER cases, running recruitment and other general HR activities. You'll be able to demonstrate experience of working through the recruitment and on-boarding cycle and demonstrate integrity and ownership of activities through to resolution.

We'd like you to have good knowledge of UK Employment Law and be able to manage HR data, using the MI to write simple and effective reports on the key findings. A good communicator who can demonstrate a flexible approach, you'll have proven experience of multi-tasking and be able to prioritise own workload. Experience of working in a regulated environment is desirable, but not essential as is basic payroll knowledge is desirable.
