Head of People, FCA Regulated Fintech


Your new company

Established nearly over 10 years ago, this FinTech organisation have gone through some exciting phases, and now are looking for someone to join them on their next journey. Now FCA regulated and backed by a large well-known entity, they are on track to become market leaders of a cutting-edge industry.

Your new role

Working as a Head of People, you will be responsible for the people and culture of the organisation, which is key within their scale up plans. The board and leadership team recognise and believe this role is imperative for their growth to prioritise people initiatives. Everyday, you will be challenged whilst learning, playing a fundamental part within a company's culture. Key things which you'll be expected to lead on are:


* Implementation of policies and procedures
* Create and rethink benefits, total compensation, and rewards
* Leading and inspiring new and existing teams through learning and development
* Coaching of mid to senior leadership on management skills and strategies
* Management and mitigation of employee relations cases
* Designing and training teams on performance management
* Responsibility for all people related queries and projects
* High level stakeholder management and guidance

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be strong influencer with exceptional leadership skills and experience. Working within a rapidly growing business in a competitive market, you will be someone who can be agile who can thrive in a rapid growth business. Experience required:

* Demonstrable experience of performance management
* Talent management, be able to showcase examples of successful succession planning and skills assessments
* Sector experience of working within either a FinTech, Technology or Financial Services Environment
* Management of other HR departments, e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning and Develop
* Proven experience of partnering with ExCo
* Excellent and clear communication skills
* Eligible to work within the UK
